Terms and conditions
You must be over 25 years old to hire one of our vehicles and have held your U.K. driving license for two or more years.
Fully comprehensive insurance will be provided on your vehicle. The excess for the policy is £500.
Any damage caused to the vehicle that cannot be attributed to a third party such as to paintwork, body panels, glass and the interior is chargeable up to the excess limit.
Any incidents involving one of our vehicles must be reported to us immediately. This includes providing any available CCTV footage from the installed HD cameras.
You must check your vehicle regularly for any issues. These checks should include oil and water levels, bulbs and tyres.
You will be liable for any costs arising from not conducting these checks such as re-mot fees and engine damage repair.
If any issues are found you must inform us so we can rectify them immediately. We cover the cost for replacement oil, bulbs and worn tyres and all can normally be changed while you wait.
You must make the vehicle available to us for any maintenance and servicing work that is required. Your weekly rent will not be reduced unless your vehicle is off the road for more than 24 hours and if a replacement car cannot be provided.
We do not request any deposit to hire our vehicles however your first weekly rental amount must be paid in advance. Prompt payment is then expected on the same day as your first payment is made each week. Consistent late payment may result in the immobilisation of your vehicle and the termination of your hire agreement.
If you are looking to return your vehicle we only require seven days notice from your next weekly payment date.
We will keep your vehicle fully serviced and maintained to a high standard. We cover M.O.T, servicing, plating and road tax costs. All you need to do is look after your vehicle and we will strive to make your hire experience as hassle free as possible.
